🇮🇷 Iran National Team
Born on May 7, 1989, in Esfahan, Iran, Saeid comes from the Foolad Mobarakeh Sepahan Handball School.
Known as “Saeid” by his fans, he has progressed through every level of Iran’s national handball teams — from Students, Junior, and Youth teams to the Senior National Team. He made his senior team debut at the age of 19, and from the very beginning, he was recognized as an outstanding athletic talent.
His achievements have already secured him a place in the history of Iranian handball. He won the Asian Junior Championship and was named Best Goalkeeper at the Guangzhou Asian Games at just 19 years old while playing for Iran’s senior national team. Since the age of 17, he has participated in numerous competitions at both the Asian and world levels.
After winning the Iranian Premier League five times, he decided to continue his professional career abroad. He has played in Lebanon, Iraq, Qatar, and Spain.
In Doha, during his first year, he won all major titles — the Amir Cup, the Qatar Cup, and the Qatar League. He later transferred to Ademar León in Spain, one of the most historically significant teams in Spanish handball. There, he was ranked among the top five goalkeepers in the league for two consecutive years.
